Almost nothing to do. Your heating system must run normally the day before and the morning of the audit. Shutters stay open. You don't need to be present in every room. We send you a simple checklist when the appointment is confirmed.

Our thermographic report is a recognised supporting document that strengthens your file. It does not replace the official energy performance certificate or the regulatory energy audit performed by a certified auditor, but it's very useful to precisely target the works needed and demonstrate their impact.

The drone stays on your property, at a respectful distance from neighbouring buildings. No image captures anything other than your home. All our missions are declared to the local authorities and comply with aviation regulations. Noise is very limited, comparable to a hairdryer at ten metres.

Generally within 7 to 10 days, sometimes faster depending on weather and schedule. The main constraint is weather: we need a cold, dry day, with no direct sunlight. We monitor forecasts together to lock in the right slot.

We operate primarily in the PACA region of France and in Croatia, but we travel anywhere in Europe for missions that justify it. Travel costs are detailed in the quote when needed.
